Villa Karina is a grand residence that unites classical elegance with a touch of modern luxury. The exterior is crafted in light travertine, which seamlessly continues into the entrance hall where it forms a striking chess pattern of dark and light tones. From there, warm wooden floors take over and flow throughout the rest of the house, creating a natural transition between grandeur and warmth. A sculptural staircase in dark natural travertine, designed with precise angles, adds a dramatic architectural statement. A library with its own fireplace offers a more intimate retreat, while a dedicated staff kitchen ensures functionality for daily living.

The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms and three additional guest bathrooms, as well as a private spa, office, cinema, and gym. Generous ceiling heights, expansive windows, and large open layouts allow light to flood the interiors, highlighting the carefully selected materials. Two grand marble fireplaces, a formal dining room, and a circular breakfast lounge connected to the open kitchen add to the sense of sophistication and comfort.

The majority of the furniture has been custom-designed for the villa, crafted with rich materials and bold patterns. Every detail, from the finishes to the bespoke art created specifically for this home, has been thoughtfully planned. Beyond the interiors, the villa features a large covered patio with multiple lounge areas, a separate outdoor kitchen opening to the pool, and a wide lawn with an abundance of fruit trees.

With breathtaking views and a magical light that transforms the residence and gardens at sunset, Villa Karina offers both grandeur and serenity. Studio Nikita contributed to the architectural design, managed all material selections, curated the interiors, and oversaw the project management from start to finish — ensuring a cohesive vision where every element is meticulously considered.
