We are currently creating this modern contemporary villa with a clear focus on self-sufficiency and environmental responsibility. From the start, the ambition has been to design a home that is as considerate to the environment as it is comfortable to live in.
A key element of the design is the use of ventilated façades, which improve energy efficiency by keeping the home cool in summer and warm in winter while reducing overall energy consumption. This allows hot air to be expelled naturally in summer while retaining warmth in winter, significantly reducing the need for active heating and cooling. The façade system also enhances durability by protecting the structure from moisture, while offering excellent acoustic comfort. Beyond performance, it allows the architecture to maintain a sleek, modern expression without compromising on sustainability.
SUSTANIBLE LIVING - THE NEXT GENERATION HOME
Alongside this, the villa integrates other carefully considered features — from smart climate systems for heating and cooling to material choices that balance sustainability with durability and cost efficiency. Another highlight is the innovative special technical pool: a pool with an adjustable floor level that can transform from no pool at all to a depth of two meters, controlled seamlessly through a mobile app.
The result will be a residence where every detail is designed with both the environment and the homeowner in mind — a villa that embodies thoughtful design, long-term sustainability, and contemporary elegance
